Banana nut bread really needs no introduction and I’m sure you don’t really need to hear me talk about. I have been making banana bread for years. I always buy bananas (even with a toddler) and one or two get eaten and then they turn brown. When this happens, I always and I do mean always, make a loaf of banana bread.
When making bread I actually always prefer to use a bundt pan. I am not sure if it’s fancier looking or I just like to keep the bread in a clear container so I can see it all times. Temptations don’t work for me. I just grab a piece. This time around I did top with some hazelnut spread. Um, yum! Try it..you’ll love!
