Ingredients

medium to large
russet potatoes

bacon fat

smoked paprika

tsp
chili powder

tsp
salt

black pepper
Instructions
Wash russet potatoes and cut into 8 wedges. When cut place in a bowl to season.
Microwave 1 TBS of clarified bacon fat or bacon drippings for 10 seconds.
Add seasonings to bowl (smoked paprika, chili powder,salt and pepper) and stir. Add in liquid bacon fat and stir to combine again.
Place in basket of air fryer and close. Fry on 400°F for 18-20 minutes. Halfway through frying time, open basket and shake to move potato wedges.
