If it’s difficult to cut the spaghetti squash, cut small slits on the outside and place in microwave for 3 minutes. When done, carefully take out and place on cutting board and cut in half.
With a spoon, scoop out the seeds and season with salt and pepper.
Place 1 cup of water into the inner pot and put in trivet.
Place the spaghetti squash on top of the trivet, right side up.
Close lid and seal valve. Press manual/pressure cook and adjust time to 8 minutes. When timer goes off, QR (quick release) pressure.
Open the lid when pressure is released and carefully remove the spaghetti squash with tongs. The squash may be a bit runny (even when cooked in oven) so put upside down on paper towel to drain for a few minutes.
Place on cutting board and with a fork, shred and remove the inside of the squash. Top with your favorite sauce and serve. Enjoy!
