The Instant Pot came out again. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Instant Pot. This time around I made some Honey Pork Chops. You really must try out this recipe (and then thank me) because it’s so delicious, moist and one that’ll you’ll end up saving.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves, ground
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Press saute button on Instant Pot and allow for the inner pot to become hot.

While this is happening, season pork chops on each side with salt and pepper.

Place pork chops in Instant Pot and saute on each side, about 2 minutes each.

While pork is sauteing, mix together chicken broth, honey, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic, cinnamon, cloves and apple cider vinegar.

Pour over pork in inner pot. Close lid and seal.

Push manual setting and adjust time to 15 minutes. Once timer goes off, allow for a 5-8 minute natural release.

After 5-8 minutes, release any remaining pressure and enjoy!

Ginger is listed in the instructions, but not in the ingredients. Garlic is listed in the ingredients, but not the instructions. So, how much and when?

I love the Honey Pork Chops! I was hesitant about cooking meat in my pot, but I’ve made these twice now and both times they turned out great.

Delicious seasoning, but it was too dry. I think 15m under pressure is too long, especially after it’s seared.

If I have 1/2 inch boneless pork chops how long do I cook. This is my first time using my instant pot
