Turn your Instant Pot on saute and allow the pot to come hot. When it reads hot, add your ground beef to inner pot and brown. Once browned, add in garlic and onions and saute for 2-3 minutes.
To beef mixture, add in mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, penne pasta, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Stir all ingredients together.
Place lid on Instant Pot and seal the valve. Push manual and adjust the time to 6 minutes. When done do a quick release of pressure in the pot.
Add in half a block of cubed cream cheese and allow to melt while stirring.
